Five ways of planning
Don't call it a dream. Call it a plan. If we can imagine it, we can achieve it.
Believing that we are worthy of our dreams is very important.
I believe that if the dream is given to us, then we are also given all the resources we might need to achieve it.
But first of all, we need a plan of actions. Dreams don't come true unless we do something to make them happen.
“If you fail to plan, you are planning to fail!” - Benjamin Franklin
5 EASY STEPS TO PLANNING
1. Step number one is to write down what it is we want.
Something magical happens when we write things down by hand. It's not exactly the same as if we type them on our PC or phone. They have to be written by hand first.
2. A list of step-by-step actions we need to take
Any steps that come to mind are fine. We can edit this list later.
Breaking each step down into smaller steps, makes it easier and quicker to complete them and get the momentum going.
3. Adjusting daily habits to support the plan. Little daily adjustments are - little building blocks.
For example, it's impossible to lose weight if we eat 100 burgers a day and sit on the couch.
We need to find healthier ways to feed ourselves and include physical activity into our daily routine. The weight will then look after itself.
4. Starting small, we just keep going, celebrating and supporting our progress even if we are progressing slowly.
The speed of our progress is unique to each of us.
As long as we are moving along - two steps forward, one step back is still a progress.
“Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished.” — Lao Tzu
5. This step is optional. The energetic aspect of any dream.
Visualizing ourselves already having it or being it, and most of all - feeling the feeling it generates and staying in that feeling of joy as much as we can. It's best if we repeat this visualization daily to establish a stronger energetic connection to our dream.
Thoughts are things. They are energy that over time manifests into what we predominantly think about.
Prayer and meditation can help us. I believe we are all Divinely guided and protected. We can ask for guidance when we need it.
"Once you make a decision the universe conspires to make it happen" - Ralph Waldo Emerson
So dream your best and biggest dreams, plan them and live them!
“A dream written down with a date becomes a goal. A goal broken down into steps becomes a plan. A plan backed by action makes your dreams come true.” - Greg Reid
Have a super strong and powerful Monday! ❤
